I was asked by my employer to pick-up my credit card but instead I was made to feel that I was wasting her time. She didn’t even try to look in the system when in fact they didn’t even call me prior. What a terrible customer service! 1 star doesn’t even deserve it!!!

Took all the pain out of setting up 4 bank accounts for me in a complex arrangement. She stayed in touch over email and explained everything clearly and showed me around online banking. Really impressed and very grateful for her help. Thanks Genelle!

- Alex Gerasimov Added April 18, 2022★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Westpac disappoints me. Its customer service dropped dramatically since covid19 began. All the requests now forwarded interstate and ignored by head office.
Recently had a request regarding international money transfers and didn't get the answer, only "I don't know" answers from completely unprofessional and lazy staff unwilling to help.
I'm seriously considering changing the bank for private and business purposes. It's not a partnership anymore, just an internet bank.
