  I usually try the meat Dept to see if they have any
  Large cryopacked 4 bone rib eye steaks.
  They never have any and come up with some lame excuse.
  Visited Margaret Rever Woolies recently and the butcher asked me how many I wanted.
  How is it that the suburban stores have such a poor selection of meat and the country stores have plenty.
  Very disappointing.

  As expected stock is still low, however as well as very few checkouts open, several self checkouts were not working. I also question thrust purchasing as they sell out of some products very quickly yet never look increase their order. These are products locally sourced in WA so not subject to the recent interstate delivery issues.

  Utterly useless delivery service. Paid the $15.00 "delivery now" fee and told the groceries would arrive by midday. After 24 hours and no groceries, I called at 09:00am the following day. They said they had escalated it and would definitely be there within the hour. I call back at 12:15pm, and they tried to say they would escalate it again. When I asked what the reason for the hold up was, they tried to blame it on COVID. I laughed and thanked them for trying to insult my intelligence. I said no thanks, you can just give me a full refund thank you. USELESS!!!!

  I'm in the checkout line at 4.20pm Friday 18 June 2021. Only one assisted checkout available and 3 trolleys waiting. Lots of people lined up in the '15 items and under' queue. Not everyone wants to use self- checkout. I don't like it with lots of groceries. I shop here frequently but it doesn't improve. I always struggle to find the correct price for items in the shelves.

  I choose to go to Woolworths at the Forum solely because of Derek, the lovely guy with a cheerful welcome and very helpful manner. Coles gives me money off my fuel but they don't have Derek to make the experience positive always.
